Subject and delivery

The subject of this contract is a digital subscription service: access to the logcohort session replay platform on the plan selected at checkout, as described on the pricing page. Delivery is instant and electronic — plan features activate on the buyer's existing logcohort account immediately upon successful payment. Nothing physical is shipped.

Price and payment

The price is the amount shown at checkout for the selected plan (current prices), charged as a recurring monthly subscription until cancelled. Payment is collected by the Seller via iyzico. Applicable taxes are included in or itemized at checkout.

Right of withdrawal

As the service is a digital subscription performed immediately, the buyer consents at checkout to immediate performance. Independent of statutory withdrawal terms, the Seller honors the14-day money-back policy on a first paid subscription, which is at least as favorable.

Cancellation and termination

The buyer may cancel from the dashboard at any time; service continues to the end of the paid period. The Seller may terminate for material breach of the Terms of Service.

Disputes

Turkish consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts at the buyer's or Seller's domicile are competent within statutory monetary limits.
