What happens at the cap
Recording pauses until next month; upgrading resumes it instantly. Your existing recordings stay untouched, and there are no overage invoices. No fine print — this paragraph is the policy.
No per-seat pricing, ever
Replays are for sharing — with the engineer who fixes the bug and the designer who redesigns the page. Charging per viewer would break the point of the product.
Private by default
Everything your users type is masked before it leaves their browser, and we never capture request or response bodies. When your security team asks what we store, the answer is short.
FAQ
The fine print, out loud
- What counts as one session?
- One visitor's continuous visit in one browser tab. A session ends after 30 minutes of inactivity (24 hours at most); coming back later starts a new session. This is the industry-standard definition — the same one FullStory uses — so volumes are comparable across tools.
- What happens when I hit my monthly session cap?
- Recording pauses until the next month or an upgrade. Hitting a cap never creates an invoice, and your existing recordings are never deleted because of it.
- Do higher plans unlock more features?
- No. Every plan, including Free, has every feature. Plans differ only in monthly session volume and recording retention (30, 60, or 90 days).
- How many seats and projects are included?
- Unlimited seats and unlimited projects on every plan, including Free.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Paid features stay active until the end of the billing period, and a first paid subscription is covered by a 14-day money-back policy.
- Will it work on my site or app?
- Any website — one script tag before </head>, or a Google Tag Manager tag. That includes Next.js apps, Shopify stores (pasted into the theme, no app needed), and web pages inside hybrid mobile apps (Capacitor, React Native WebView). Fully native app screens are not web pages and are not recorded.
